CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Online classes:
Monday Moves: In this unique class, Lindsey leads you through 15-20 minutes of yoga and 10-15 minutes of dance movement. Each week will have a different theme and is designed for you to set the tone of your upcoming week with an introspective/mindful focus initiated by this embodiment practice. Beginner friendly! No dance experience necessary.
Kundalini Yoga: “The yoga of awareness.” For beginners, both to yoga and kundalini yoga specifically. Class will include approachable yoga asana (poses), pranayama (breath awareness), meditation, and mantra recitation.
In person classes:
Vigorous Yoga: For those with previous yoga experience. This class is physically challenging, mentally stimulating, and will include intermediate level asana & pranayama.
Gentle Yoga: For beginners, those reacquainting themselves with yoga, or who want a “chill” practice. This class will move at a slow pace encouraging breath support and proper form.

Sound Bowl & Slow Yoga: Beginner friendly. This class will include light movement to prepare the body for meditation with the healing, vibratory sound of crystal sound bowls played live in the space. Bring a blanket, eye pillow, or any other items that will help you get cozy and relax!
Barre: Beginner Friendly. Class will begin with yoga as a warm up to prepare the body for a ballet inspired strengthening class. Using isometric movements, a bangin’ playlist, light weights, and the ballet barre- this class will help tone the body and leave you feeling brighter! Especially beneficial for those looking to strengthen their joints. Please bring a yoga mat.
